I did this using Kodak Easyware Software. It is a free download and when you go to "edit picture" and then "fun stuff" there are options like coloring book and cartoon.
also if you go to lunapic.com they have a million easy tweaks to your photos- one of the editing options is "charcoal". I like kodak's charcoal a little better but they are both cool. Hope you are doing well. I'm following you on twitter.:)

Is that some type of vexel? I want to make a cartoon face of myself (vexel) But results didn't come out very good.
