I seriously think she looks plastic. Plastic surgery....(surgeries) to Westernize her eyes and more to look more like them.
I wonder when they adopted her if they used something like
THIS
service, but obviously more discreet.
My opinion/assessments:
Older looking than 7 months.
Her eyes look strange...
Above/ in between her eyes looks red and irritated, as though not completely healed from surgery.
Her whole face just looks surgically contrived.

I think she's just weird looking. Cosmetic surgery on a baby? I would seriously hurt whoever thinks that's a good idea, for the sole purpose of "fooling" the world.
I know. The thought is horrible.
Look at her, she looks ODD!
Imagine the procedures she has undergone and will have to endure.
Wonder what they'll say to her???
You know what no one wants to bring up? The fact that he has OTHER kids! And those with a much more talented and beautiful person than Katie. Where are all the pictures of them being floated around? Could it be because they're raised by someone SAINE? Or is it because they'll soon be hanging out with Julian Lennon and all the other 'not so famous' kids.
I agree that she appears older than her stated age, but I don't know about the surgery. We aren't exactly going to get before and after images to review either.
Thoughts about his other kids:
A) He may be quicker to "flaunt" his newest child because this way he stays "relevant." Back in the day with Nicole he didn't need to. Or his PR people forbade him to.
B) They're adopted, so no oohing and aahing at how they look like their parents.
