We went to Medieval Times (dinner theatre) on Saturday. Remember the movie, The Cable Guy? Jim Carrey and Matthew Broderick went there in it. We've always wanted to go to it since seeing the movie. I got this picture there. (my head--fake body...teeheehee) I'll post Jason's and Dylan's picture later. They're hilarious. :)

:)I was going to respondeth in liketh manner,(even going as far as to "google" medieval dialect) but lacketh the imagination. eth,eth,eth.
We feasted on a gigantic piece of chicken, a rib, minestrone soup, bread, and a pastry.....all eaten without utensils, in keeping with the times, we were told. I don't recall music. It was an interactive performance, involving actors and audience. We were gathered together at the "King's request" to have dinner in a miniature gladiator style arena/ coliseum and watch a night of show and sport while eating. We had to shout out to the king how hungry we were and ready for our meal. We had to make decisions whether certain knights would live or die.
And we had to root for our assigned knight to be champion.
There were some beautiful and skilled performances from the horses.
He,he,he.....a fair maidan!
